Can I return a product/order?
Due to regulations regarding the sale of our products, returns are prohibited. However, in the event that the order is shipped incorrectly or the items received are not the items ordered, please contact us by email. We will issue a replacement of your original order.

Testing
What testing does Holon perform, and how can I verify it?
All Holon research compounds undergo double verification — manufacturer COA plus independent third-party testing through Janoshik — with public reports available for every batch. Our standard panel includes HPLC purity (verified 99%+), mass spectrometry identity confirmation, and endotoxin testing. Every batch is independently tested and tracked. You can access the Janoshik report for any product directly from its product page.
Storage
How should I store lyophilized compounds?
As a general guideline, lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct light — typically at -20°C for long-term storage, or at 2–8°C for shorter-term use. Once reconstituted, peptides should be kept refrigerated, used promptly or within 30 days, and where possible divided into single-use aliquots to minimize repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which can degrade peptide stability over time.
