RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the received/delivered date (as noted provided by the package tracking). All returned items must be in new condition, with labels attached. Returns for orders that include a promotional or complimentary item (ie. products labeled as “Free Gift” or items discounted to $0 on the order) must include the promotional or complimentary item in its original, new condition when requesting a refund or exchange for paid items in the order, unless prior written approval is obtained. Failure to return the promotional or complimentary item will result in a charge equal to its full retail value, which will be deducted from the refund or charged to the original payment method. Any shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@holonbioscience.com to obtain approval for your return. Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to us using the instructions provided.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
